You would be amazed at just where you can find Bondi Chai. If you drive 700km west of Toowoomba you'll probably need a relaxing drink to recover so make sure you drop in and see Paul and Nicky Webster (no - not "the Nicky Webster") and sit and relax in their wonderful new cafe and sip your Bondi Chai latte.
